LOCAL Memory-Impaired ID Bracelet System

 

S.O.S. Caddo Parish

The Sheriff’s Operation Safeguard (S.O.S.) is a program designed to help identify and reunite lost, memory-impaired persons with their families.

How it Works:

  • Memory-impaired individuals register by completing application
  • Information is stored into a confidential database and referenced by an identification number
  • Applicants will receive a bracelet with this identification number and the Sheriff’s phone number engraved on it
  • In the event an individual becomes lost the phone number and ID number provide a link to help ensure the individual’s safe return
  • Must live in Caddo Parish and reside in a private residence

 

How to Register:

  • Obtain an application.  Complete application and return to:

  • Once application processed, you will receive your ID bracelet.
